Samples, Shipping & Payment Policy

1. General Information

All orders are custom-made products. Samples shall be confirmed prior to mass production. Tolerance for mass production is ±5%. In case of significant discrepancy, relevant issues shall be resolved through mutual negotiation between both parties.

2. Sample Terms

Samples are chargeable. If formal bulk orders are placed subsequently, applicable sample fees may be deducted from subsequent order payment. Sample shipping cost shall be borne by your side and is not eligible for deduction against order payment.

3. Delivery Terms

  • The term of this order is FOB [_Yantian/Shanghai__ Port of Shipment], governed by Incoterms®2020 issued by the International Chamber of Commerce. The risk transfer point is updated to when goods are loaded on board the vessel, subject to the latest official wording.Core provisions: After goods are loaded onto the vessel nominated by the buyer, all risks, ocean freight and destination port charges shall be borne by the buyer; the seller has no obligation to purchase marine cargo insurance.
  • Under FOB (Free On Board), the seller bears local charges for transporting goods to the domestic port of shipment and loading on board. Ocean freight, marine insurance, destination port expenses and final delivery shall be borne by your side. Risk transfers to you once goods are loaded on board the vessel. This term applies only to sea and inland waterway transport.
  • FOB price excludes Origin Receiving Charge (ORC) / Terminal Handling Charge (THC) and documentation fee. Parties shall separately confirm the responsible party to avoid subsequent disputes.
  • Seller’s Liability:Bear all risks and local charges at the port of shipment before goods are loaded onto the vessel nominated by the buyer; complete export customs clearance formalities.
  • Risk Transfer: From the moment goods are loaded on board the nominated vessel at the port of shipment, all risks including loss, damage, dampness, theft, transport delay, vessel accidents shall pass to the buyer.
  • Cost Allocation:Ocean freight, marine insurance premium, transshipment fees, destination port clearance charges, import duties, VAT, detention charges, container demurrage and all other costs incurred after loading on board shall be for the buyer’s account.
  • Insurance:Under FOB, the seller assumes no obligation to take out marine cargo insurance. The buyer shall arrange insurance coverage with insurers on its own if required.
  • Vessel & Cargo Coordination: The buyer shall arrange booking in advance and provide vessel name & voyage number to the seller in a timely manner. Any losses such as terminal storage fees and detention charges arising from delayed arrival of nominated vessel, cargo roll or unexpected sailing schedule change shall be borne by the buyer.
  • Disclaimer:Once goods are loaded on board, the seller shall not be liable for any cargo damage or delivery delay caused by carriers, maritime voyage conditions, port congestion, extreme weather (earthquake, flood etc.), war, or policy changes at destination ports.
  • FOB applies solely to sea/inland waterway carriage. For rail or air transport (e.g. air freight, China-Europe Railway Express), FOB shall not be used; FCA is recommended instead.
  • FCA (Free Carrier)is applicable to all transport modes including sea, air, rail and trucking. After the seller hands over goods to the nominated forwarder, subsequent freight, insurance and risks shall rest with your side.

4. Delivery Lead Time

Our contracted third-party transporter will provide estimated delivery time for your reference. Transit time is an estimate calculated from the date of shipment, not the order date. Delivery time is for reference only and subject to negotiation and confirmation of the order.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges vary depending on region, distance and other factors, subject to negotiation and confirmation upon order placement.

6. Damaged Goods In Transit

Please contact us immediately via judyhome@ziomac.com if any package sustains damage upon receipt.

7. Payment Methods

  • 50% deposit, 50% before shipment (most common)
  • 100% TT payment for smaller orders
  • Letter of Credit (L/C) for orders over $50,000
