Founded in 2006, we are a craft-driven manufacturing and trading company specialising in home textiles and lifestyle accessories. Over the years, we have delivered end-to-end services — from product development and production follow-up to quality control, cargo consolidation, and shipping logistics — for established European brands including History and Heritage, Heart and Home, Gift Site, Borghetto Argentano, and Tenuta Cappellina.
Since 2019, we have pivoted to specialise in loungewear, pyjamas, bath towels, and bathrobes — bringing the same craftsmanship and attention to detail that defined our earlier product lines.
Minimum Order Quantity: 300 pieces for custom/bespoke orders. Larger quantities are welcome.
Drawing on two decades of experience in home textile manufacturing, Hengfang focuses on high-quality bathroom textiles, loungewear, kitchen textiles and lifestyle creative products. Well-versed in European market trends, we provide full-range professional OEM/ODM services ranging from product design and sampling to mass production, helping global brands create aesthetic and high-quality home goods.
Our Strengths Fabric Innovation from the Source
We conduct secondary R&D on Lyocell yarns at the source, optimising the fabric’s lustre, drape, and hand feel — imbuing every product with warmth and an understated, quiet-luxury aesthetic.
Deep Material & Trim Expertise
We understand fabrics inside out — and we know every trim that goes with them: buttons, zippers, webbing, and lace trims.
Mastery of Construction & Pattern
We understand garment construction and pattern-making at a granular level. We are adept at identifying potential issues early, developing custom production jigs for non-standard processes, and tackling complex construction challenges.
Rigorous Quality Control
We take on product development projects on behalf of our clients — from small-batch trials through to full-scale production — with full-process oversight at every stage. We operate a weekly feedback system: throughout each project, we provide progress updates and issue reports via email with supporting images, along with improvement recommendations for client decision-making.
Full-Service Capability
We are fluent in European quality inspection standards and operate with no language barriers. Our services cover customs clearance, third-party inspections, shipping coordination, cargo consolidation, container loading, and logistics cost management. We also track supplier production schedules to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
